SafaPlayer ("SafaPlayer", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the SafaPlayer mobile application (the "App") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

No account required. SafaPlayer does not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.

Usage and device information. We may collect limited technical data such as your device model, operating system version, app version, language preference, and anonymous usage and crash diagnostics. This helps us keep the App stable and improve it.

Subscription information. When you purchase SafaPlayer Pro, the purchase is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and our subscription provider (Adapty). We receive your subscription status (for example, whether it is active) but never your full payment card details.

Advertising. In the free version we display ads through Google AdMob. Advertising partners may use device identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Upgrading to Pro removes ads.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate and maintain the App, to process and verify subscriptions, to show or remove advertising, to understand and improve how features are used, and to detect and prevent abuse or technical problems.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on trusted third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• YouTube — media content is streamed from YouTube and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.

• Google AdMob — serves advertising in the free version.

• Adapty and the App Store / Google Play — process and manage subscriptions.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.

Data Storage and Security

Your in-app preferences — such as playlists, liked items, language, and settings — are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your Choices

You can upgrade to SafaPlayer Pro to remove ads, manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings, adjust ad personalisation in your device settings, and remove locally stored data by uninstalling the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
